Our corporate headquarters in Milford, Massachusetts feature state-of-the-art Analytical Development, Process Development, and Quality Control laboratories and an FDA-registered ISO 8 GMP oligonucleotide manufacturing facility. Expansion of our development laboratories and manufacturing facility is underway allowing us to meet growing customer demands.
Ohio location
Our Cincinnati, Ohio location is an FDA-registered site that specializes in developing and manufacturing oligonucleotide products, from preclinical through small-quantity commercial production. The site includes facilities for Process and Analytical Development, as well as small-scale cGMP oligonucleotide manufacturing lines, from synthesis to lyophilization, with ISO 8 clean rooms. A Quality Control unit supports in-process, release, validation, and stability testing. The Cincinnati facility has maintained a 15-year track record of No Action Indicated (NAI) outcomes across all FDA inspections.
